best base for 4 nights with incredibly helpful stuff from reception to the housekeepers. plenty of meals for breakfast, including cereals and fruit. wonderful and incredible location extremely close to the sse hydro.

I liked that when I phoned the reception to help me make my partners birthday he helped me with an upgrade and arranged beer for the room I was so excited
The restaurant ruined everything my plan of making it special was a disaster we booked a meal for 7.30pm and it took 2.5 hours to receive our meal.... the waiter couldn't speak alot of English and obviously had no training on how to serve a table...

Exceptionally comfortable beds in our standard king room. Marvellous and brilliant location for our visit to The Sse Hydro not too far away from the hotel. Positioned in the very quiet area, near to the armadillo conference centre, both restaurant and bars and the back garden.
